1. SPONSOR

The SaberSim NFL MAX Challenge (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Saber Simulations, LLC ("Sponsor"), with support contact at support@sabersim.com.

This Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with DraftKings, the National Football League, any NFL member club, Riddell, or any other third party platform, league, event organizer, or brand. Reference to any third party is solely for identification purposes.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs weekly corresponding with the 2026 NFL regular season, beginning with the Week 1 Main Slate (September 13, 2026) and concluding with the Week 18 Main Slate (January 10, 2027). Each of the eighteen (18) regular-season weeks is an eligible week. Weeks credited toward Participation Awards need not be consecutive.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) contests is legally permitted. Entrants must possess a valid, active DraftKings account in good standing. Officers, directors, and employees of SaberSim, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must complete all the following steps prior to the lock time of the applicable week's Main Slate:

Subscription: Maintain an active SaberSim paid subscription.

Avatar: Display the official SaberSim logo as your profile avatar on DraftKings.

Registration: Complete and submit the official SaberSim NFL MAX Challenge registration form once for the entire season. A week counts toward the Promotion only if registration was completed before that week's Main Slate locked. Weeks played prior to registration will not be credited.

Weekly Play: Enter one hundred fifty (150) lineups into a DraftKings NFL "mini-MAX [150 Entry Max]" contest on the Main Slate each week. Lineups entered into any mini-MAX contest on the Main Slate qualify toward Participation Awards. Only lineups entered into the mini-MAX contest with the largest prize pool on that week's Main Slate (the "Featured mini-MAX") are eligible for the Weekly Top Finisher and Winner's Bonus prizes.

Main Slate Defined: "Main Slate" means the DraftKings NFL contest slate that locks at 1:00 PM Eastern on Sunday and consists solely of games played that Sunday. If more than one slate meets that description, the Main Slate is the one with the largest aggregate prize pools.

5. PRIZES AND REWARDS

Registered participants may compete for and earn the following based on skill and participation:

Week 1 Prize: Each participant who fulfills the entry requirements (see Section 4) for Week 1 will receive a customer SaberSim beanie hat(Approximate Retail Value $15.00).

Weekly Top Finisher: The registered participant with the highest-scoring lineup in the Featured mini-MAX each week will win one (1) entry into the end-of-season Big Game Freeroll.

Weekly Winner's Bonus: Any participant who wins first place outright in the Featured mini-MAX will receive a custom SaberSim championship belt.

Participation Awards (Not Stackable):

10 Weeks: Participants who successfully fulfill the entry requirements for any ten (10) eligible weeks will receive a custom SaberSim mini football helmet (Approximate Retail Value "$100.00") and one (1) entry to the Big Game Freeroll.
17 Weeks: Participants who successfully fulfill the entry requirements for any seventeen (17) eligible weeks will receive a custom SaberSim mini football helmet (Approximate Retail Value "$100.00"), one (1) free month of SaberSim Ultimate (Approximate Retail Value "$297.00," applied to their first subscription renewal after the conclusion of the Promotion Period), and three (3) entries to the Big Game Freeroll. This prize tier is awarded in lieu of the "10 Weeks" prize, as these reward tiers are not cumulative. A participant receives one helmet regardless of tier.

The Big Game Freeroll Event: Participants who earn entry into the end-of-season freeroll will compete against other SaberSim users in a DraftKings NFL DFS contest for approximately $25,000 in total prizes. Each freeroll entry earned entitles the participant to one (1) lineup in the freeroll contest. The freeroll will be held on a DraftKings NFL postseason slate prior to The Big Game; the exact date and contest will be announced in the official SaberSim Discord server at least seven (7) days in advance.

First (1st) Place will win the Grand Prize: two (2) tickets to The Big Game and $1,500 for travel expenses (Approximate Retail Value "$20,000.00").
Second (2nd) through Tenth (10th) Place will be awarded directly by DraftKings in "DraftKings Dollars" (DK Dollars), which are redeemable at face value for any contest on their site, as follows: 2nd $2,000; 3rd $1,000; 4th $750; 5th $500; 6th $250; 7th $150; 8th $125; 9th $100; 10th $75.

The Big Game Defined: "The Big Game" means the professional football championship game scheduled for February 14, 2027 in Inglewood, California.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

Subscription Requirement for Cumulative Prizes: To be eligible to receive cumulative Participation Awards (the "10 Weeks" prize, the "17 Weeks" prize) and to compete in the end-of-season Big Game Freeroll, participants must maintain an active SaberSim subscription continuously throughout the Promotion Period. Canceling a SaberSim subscription at any point during the Promotion Period will disqualify the participant from these cumulative and end-of-season rewards. However, cancellation will not result in the forfeiture of any individual weekly prizes (e.g., Week 1 Prize, Weekly Top Finisher, Winner's Bonus) already won prior to cancellation.

Prize Fulfillment: Physical prizes will be shipped after the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Winners must provide all information reasonably requested by Sponsor to fulfill a prize, including a valid shipping address, within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prize design and specifications are determined at Sponsor's sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

Non-Transferable & Cash Alternatives: All prizes, explicitly including the Big Game tickets, are strictly non-transferable. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted for any prize, except that Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to offer a cash alternative in lieu of any prize.

Taxes and W-9 Requirement: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor before the prize can be awarded, and an IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for the tax year in which the prize is received. Prizes awarded in DK Dollars are issued by DraftKings and are subject to DraftKings' terms of use.

7. MARKETING AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

As a mandatory condition of receiving the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize winner agrees to record a minimum of two (2) video interviews with Sponsor and to sign a formal publicity/media release prior to prize fulfillment. Refusal to complete the video recordings or sign the release will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. By participating, all entrants grant Sponsor permission to use their name and DraftKings username in winner announcements and in promotion of the Promotion across all media platforms without further compensation or notification. The Grand Prize winner additionally grants Sponsor full, irrevocable permission to use the interview videos, along with their name, DraftKings username, likeness, and voice, for marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes.

8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Weekly winners will be announced in the #announcements channel of the official SaberSim Discord server every Monday following the conclusion of the applicable week's Main Slate. Winners will be required to verify their account details and execute any required tax and publicity forms to claim their prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the DraftKings platform. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SaberSim, DraftKings, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

10. DISCLAIMERS

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with DraftKings, the National Football League, any NFL member club, or Riddell.
