Official Rules: SaberSim Birdie Battle

A CONTEST OF SKILL AND PARTICIPATION. VOID IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE DAILY FANTASY SPORTS ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The SaberSim Birdie Battle (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Saber Simulations, LLC ("Sponsor"), with support contact at support@sabersim.com.

This Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, administered by, or associated with DraftKings, Augusta National, the Masters Tournament, Rolex, or any other third party platform, league, tournament organizer, or brand. Reference to any third party is solely for identification purposes.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion runs weekly corresponding with the specified PGA tournament schedule, beginning on the first day of the Masters tournament (April 9, 2026) and concluding on the final day of The Open Championship (July 19, 2026). For weeks featuring multiple PGA events, the tournament with the larger purse will be utilized. The Zurich Classic of New Orleans (April 23-26, 2026) is excluded from this Promotion due to the tournament format; therefore, participation during this week is not required to satisfy cumulative entry requirements or maintain eligibility.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Entrants must reside in a jurisdiction where participation in DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) contests is legally permitted. Entrants must possess a valid, active DraftKings account in good standing. Officers, directors, and employees of SaberSim, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must complete all the following steps prior to the lock time of the applicable weekly tournament:

  1. Subscription: Maintain an active SaberSim paid subscription.
  2. Avatar: Display the official SaberSim logo as your profile avatar on DraftKings.
  3. Registration: Complete and submit the official SaberSim Birdie Battle registration form once for the entire season.
  4. Weekly Play: Enter exactly twenty (20) lineups into the designated DraftKings "Birdie" ($3 20-max) contest on the PGA Main Slate each applicable week. In the event the primary Birdie contest reaches capacity, lineups entered into smaller Birdie contests on the Main Slate will qualify toward Participation Awards only, and will remain ineligible for the Winner’s Bonus or Top Finisher prizes.

5. PRIZES AND REWARDS

Registered participants may compete for and earn the following based on skill and participation:

  • Millionaire Maker Challenge: Any participant who wins a one-million-dollar ($1,000,000) top prize in a PGA DFS contest during the Promotion Period will receive their choice of a Rolex watch OR two (2) tickets for Friday of the 2027 Masters. This prize expressly supersedes and replaces the standard Winner's Circle promotion reward for this achievement and will not be awarded in addition to it.
  • Weekly Top Finisher: The registered participant with the highest-scoring lineup in the designated weekly Birdie contest will win the Top Finisher Prize and one (1) entry into the end-of-season Masters Freeroll.
  • Weekly Winner's Bonus: Any participant who wins first place outright in the $3 20-max Birdie will receive a personalized Birdie Battle Trophy.
  • Participation Awards (Not Stackable):
    • All 4 Majors: Participants who successfully fulfill the entry requirements (see Section 4) for all four (4) major tournaments will receive a Brooks Brothers Quilted Vest (Approximate Retail Value "$130.00") and one (1) entry to the Masters Freeroll.
    • All 14 Weeks: Participants who successfully fulfill the entry requirements for all 14 eligible weeks will receive one (1) free month of SaberSim Ultimate (applied to their first subscription renewal after the last tournament on the Promotion calendar) and three (3) entries to the Masters Freeroll. This prize tier is awarded in lieu of the "All 4 Majors" prize, as these reward tiers are not cumulative.
  • The Masters Freeroll Event: Participants who earn entry into the end-of-season freeroll will compete against other SaberSim users in a DFS contest for a $5,000 prize pool. This $5,000 prize pool will be awarded directly by DraftKings in "DraftKings Dollars" (DK Dollars), which are redeemable at face value for any contest on their site. First (1st) Place in the Freeroll will win the Grand Prize: two (2) tickets for ONE day of the 2027 Masters (Friday), as well as $1,000 for travel expenses.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

  • Subscription Requirement for Cumulative Prizes: To be eligible to receive cumulative Participation Awards (the "All 4 Majors" prize, the "All 14 Weeks" prize) and to compete in the end-of-season Masters Freeroll, participants must maintain an active SaberSim subscription continuously throughout the Promotion Period. Canceling a SaberSim subscription at any point during the Promotion Period will disqualify the participant from these cumulative and end-of-season rewards. However, cancellation will not result in the forfeiture of any individual weekly prizes (e.g., Weekly Top Finisher, Winner's Bonus) already won prior to cancellation.
  • Non-Transferable & Cash Alternatives: All prizes, explicitly including the Masters tickets, are strictly non-transferable. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted for any prize, except that Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to offer a cash alternative in lieu of any prize.
  • Taxes and W-9 Requirement: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any winner of a prize with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $600 or more (e.g., Masters Tickets + Travel Stipend, Rolex) will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 to Sponsor before the prize can be awarded. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued to the winner for the tax year in which the prize is received.

7. MANDATORY MARKETING AND PUBLICITY RELEASE

As a mandatory condition of receiving any prize in this Promotion, winners agree to record a minimum of two (2) video interviews with Sponsor. By participating, winners grant Sponsor full, irrevocable permission to use these videos, along with their name, DraftKings username, likeness, and voice, for marketing, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes across all media platforms without further compensation or notification. Winners will be required to sign a formal publicity/media release prior to prize fulfillment. Refusal to complete the video recordings or sign the release will result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

Weekly winners will be announced in the #golf channel of the official SaberSim Discord server every Monday following the conclusion of the applicable tournament. Winners will be required to verify their account details and execute required tax and publicity forms to claim their prize.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or the DraftKings platform. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SaberSim, DraftKings, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, actions, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Promotion or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with DraftKings, The Masters Tournament, Augusta National Golf Club, or Rolex.
